Leadership Legacy

Leadership Legacy is a semester long experience complimenting students’ formal curriculum by providing participants with a series of cohort-based activities in retreat, workshop, service, and mentoring relationships to enhance interprofessional leadership skills and professionalism. It grew out of a recognized need for future practitioners who not only possess skills directly related to patient care but also critical competencies such as conflict management and resolution, effective communication, situational leadership, feedback agility, and project development. Leadership Legacy is one of the Center's most highly rated experiences.
