UK Students train together to build collaborative health care workforce

Rankin Health Education Building gives opportunities for the next generation of health providers, patients

Once completed in Spring 2027, the 509,000-square0foot facility located at the intersection of University and Huguelet drives will house several programs across 4 health colleges, as well as the Center for Interprofessional and Community Health Education. UK hosts ceremonical 'topping out' of new Rankin Health Education Building

University of Kentucky leadership, state leaders and Turner Construction hosted a ceremonial "topping out" celebration for UK's new Michael D. Rankin MD Health Education Building. The building will house programs in the colleges of Medicine, Public Health, Health Sciences and Nursing, as well as the Center for Interprofessional and Community Health Education. UK program expands to offer rural Kentucky students more opportunities in medicine

Just in time for summer, free sunscreen dispensers available around UK medical campus
